Three Basic Principles of Successful Real Estate Investing
06/07/08 10:37 , Categories: Articles I just added a new article by a guest author to the Akron Real Estate Resources website on the Three Basic Principles of Successful Real Estate Investing so that you get to hear another opinion (besides my opinion) occasionally.
In the article, Dave talks about what he believes you need to know and practice to be successful investing in income producing real estate. While I don't personally invest apartments (I tend to invest in single family homes), I usually like what Dave has to say above investing in apartments.
